Standard sizing is used and fits true to size unless noted otherwise in the product description.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order. Please allow for 2 business days for us to complete processing your order (a "processing" status means your order has not yet shipped).
We try our best to continuously update our site's inventory to reflect what we have in stock but may occasionally sell out of a certain product. If an item you've ordered is unavailable, we will let you know immediately by email and adjust your order and payment.
All our pieces are hand cut produced in small and limited runs. If there is a style you love that is no longer available or you'd like to see a style in a different fabric, let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll work on finding options or create a cut-to-order product for you. Additional charge will apply for a cut-to-order product. Please contact us for details and pricing.
All domestic orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from Hawaii via USPS Priority Mail. When your order has processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number for your shipment.
United States: $7 flat-rate standard shipping fee
International: We apologize as we are currently unable to fulfill international orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchange any regular-priced, unworn merchandise for another style, size, or color, as long as you submit an exchange request within 10 days of the merchandise being delivered to you. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Merchandise may not be worn, altered or washed. Any difference in price from the time of original purchase to the date that the exchange is honored will be processed using the original payment method. Rumi Murakami reserves the right to deny any exchange if the goods do not meet the exchange policy requirements. Exchanges will be considered final.
We hope you understand that we are a small business and produce limited quantities of each item, so we do not offer refunds at this time.
Discounted items are final sale.
HOW TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE
All exchanges must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Email us at email@example.com with a detailed description of what you want to exchange, your order number, and the new style, size, or color to be exchanged to. We will get back to you in 2 business days.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. When shipping items back, we strongly suggest you insure the package and purchase tracking services for your protection regardless of carrier choice. Save the shipping receipt for your records. We are not liable for any mail loss and can only process exchanges for the merchandise that we receive.
